Information We Collect
Account Information: Email address and a unique user ID created when you sign up. If you sign in with Apple, Apple may share your name and an Apple-relayed email with us.
Health and Wellness Data: Peptides you add to your stack, doses, schedules, journal entries (mood, energy, sleep, side effects), and cycle phase information you log.
Subscription Information: Whether you have an active Sundial Plus subscription. Payment is handled entirely by Apple and we never see your card details.
How We Store Your Data
Your account and health data are stored securely on Supabase, an industry-standard cloud database, with row-level security so only you can access your records.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
If you delete your account, your profile, peptide stack, journal entries, and all associated data are permanently removed from our servers.
How We Use Your Data
To run the app: Your stack and journal data power the Today, Stack, Cycle, and Journal screens.
To personalize insights: Cycle-aware patterns are computed from your own logged data to surface relevant guidance.
We do not sell your health information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing.
Notifications
With your permission, Sundial may send local notifications to remind you of scheduled doses or journaling prompts.
Notifications are scheduled on your device and can be disabled at any time through iOS Settings.
Third-Party Services
Supabase: Our backend provider, used for authentication and database storage. See supabase.com/privacy.
Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store subscription processing, and StoreKit are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
PeptidesATX: When you tap a product link in the Library, you leave Sundial and visit PeptidesATX. Their site is governed by their own privacy policy. Sundial may earn a referral fee from purchases made via these links.
Health and Medical Disclaimer
Sundial is a tracking and education tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice.
Always consult a licensed clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any peptide protocol.
Information in the Library is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional medical guidance.
Your Rights
- •Access: View all your stack, journal, and profile data inside the app at any time.
- •Deletion: Open Settings in Sundial and tap Delete Account to permanently remove all your data from our servers.
- •Export: Email team@craftco.io to request a copy of your data.
- •Opt-out: Deny notification permissions in iOS Settings, or cancel your subscription via Apple ID Settings, anytime.
Children's Privacy
Sundial is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly address it.
